Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026. The agreement between you and Sugar Daddy Meet, written to be read.
1. The service
Sugar Daddy Meet provides a platform for adults to create profiles, discover members, communicate, and form mutually agreed relationships. We provide the venue; members are responsible for their own conduct, plans, and agreements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to form contracts. By joining you confirm the information you provide is truthful and that photos you upload are of you.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Offering or requesting payment in exchange for sexual services — this is a dating platform, and such conduct results in immediate removal
- Fraud, scamming, or soliciting financial information from other members
- Harassment, coercion, or ignoring stated boundaries
- Impersonation, fake profiles, or stolen photographs
- Any use of the platform by minors
4. Verification and moderation
Verification badges indicate that a check was completed, not a guarantee of character. We moderate reports and remove accounts that violate these terms, but we cannot screen every interaction — use the safety practices on our safety page.
5. Content
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to display it within the service. Content that is unlawful, explicit, or violates others’ rights will be removed.
6. Membership and billing
Free membership includes profile creation, browsing, and replying. Premium features are billed as described at purchase; you may cancel renewal at any time. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not a party to private plans or agreements between members and are not liable for member conduct, meetings, or outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
